Item is good. But negative for customer service. I bought a Vanaras with Laser last Thursday (15 October 2009). But before I bought the item I asked the seller first whether the item will reach me by Friday and he said yes, otherwise, I would have bought it somewhere else.
I immediately paid the item via BPI 2 hours, more or less, after he confirmed that the item will reach me the next day. Come Friday no item arrived. The LBC tracking which I asked to be texted to me after sending the item didn't come, not until I followed it up by text message the next day (16-October 2009 at 1730H).
The reason why I asked first the shipment leadtime is because I have no work during weekends. One more thing, when I check the Tracking number of LBC, the item was shipped only last 16-OCtober (Friday) and not 15-October (Thursday) as what the seller promised.
The item reached me Monday. But the person whom I'm giving it to as a gift, already left for Pangasinan last Saturday.
This is not a complaint, but rather, a suggestion to the seller to be realistic when giving leadtimes. respect other people's time. Also, have time to explain what went wrong when the customer asks for explanation. I texted him yesterday afternoon why the item didn't arrive last Friday - but he didn't care answer back.
